According to publicly available records, Felipe Henao Vargas (aka Felipe Henao) , a currently unregistered broker who was last employed by Insigneo Securities, discloses a recently settled customer dispute in the amount of $1,075,000.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. Vargas worked for Insigneo Securities from 1/2016-2/2022. Before that time he was with HB Asset Management and Bolton Global Asset Management. Henao/Vargas discloses a business affiliation with Wealth Management.
