According to publicly available records Charles Don Burchard , a former stockbroker who last worked for Allstate Financial Services , discloses that he was recently permanently barred from the securities industry by FINRA.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.
In 8/2020, FINRA permanently barred Burchard to resolve allegations that he he failed to report that he had been terminated by the parent insurance company who alleged that Burchard engaged in undisclosed outside business activities and had disclosed confidential customer information to an unaffiliated third party.
Burchard was employed by Allstate Financial from 2/2013 until he was discharged by Allstate in 5/2019.
