According to publicly available records, Jack Lewis “JJ” Jones, a Triad Advisors broker discloses a regulatory sanction, 2 prior customer disputes and a pending customer dispute.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In 9/14 United States Securities and Exchange Commission filed Case #3-16047 alleging failure to disclose compensation received through agreements with a registered broker-dealer and conflicts arising from that compensation.  Sanctions ordered were a Cease and Desist Order and a $50,000 fine paid by Jones individually.

In March of 2020, FINRA case #20-00723 was filed by a Triad Advisors customer alleging unsuitable investment strategy involving real estate securities, limited partnerships and direct investments.  The case settled for $175,000.

In July of 2019, FINRA case #19-01815 was filed by a Triad Advisors customer alleging unsuitable investment strategy including an investment in GPB Holdings.    The case settled for $132,500.

In November of 2021, FINRA case#21-02885 was filed by a Triad Advisors customer alleging an investment did not meet their needs and objectives and was not adequately disclosed and that Jones did not conduct adequate due diligence. The alleged damages are $100,000 and the case is still pending.

JJ Jones has been employed with Triad Advisors since February of 2003. Jones discloses business affiliations with The Robare Group Ltd. and Robare Asset Management.
