According to publicly available records Sherry Elaine McNair  (CRD#3162832) ,  a  stockbroker who currently is employed by 1st Global Capital Corp.  discloses a pending customer dispute.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In FINRA arbitration 15-03688, a customer of 1st Global Capital Corp. seeks damages of $250,000 and alleges an unsuitable investment in mutual funds.

McNair has been employed by 1st Global Capital since 8/2007 and also discloses a business affiliation with West Texas Wealthcare Advisors.

Marcus Farquhar-Former 1st Global Capital Broker -Sanctioned by Regulator-Edna, TX

August 7, 2015- Edna, Texas

Marcus Farquhar  entered into a Letter of Acceptance Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to resolve allegations that from April 2013 to January 2014 he made 21 misrepresentations regarding his employment over the phone and by fax to a FINRA firm in order to change addresses, request distributions and restore online access to customer accounts.

Farquhar, while employed by Liberty Partners Financial Services, represented himself as working for his prior employer 1st Global Capital Corp.

Farquhar  was  suspended for 30 business days and assessed a fine of $7,500. He worked for Liberty Partners Financial Services from 1/2013-2/2014. Prior to that he was with 1st Global Capital Corp.

Alabama Broker Terry Bagwell Sanctioned by Securities Regulator

February 26, 2015  – Birmingham, Alabama

Terry Joe Bagwell   entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent  (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to resolve allegations that he was the designated supervisor of a registered representative who sold approximately $8.4 million in unapproved investments that were part of an ongoing Ponzi scheme. In addition, FINRA alleged that Bagwell personally participated in some of the unapproved private transactions.

Bagwell was barred from association with any FINRA member in any principal capacity, fined $25,000 and suspended for 30 days from association with any FINRA member in all capacities.

Bagwell who is currently registered with Pruco Securities, was registered with MetLife Securities from 4.2002-10/2011.
