According to publicly available records Cynthia Barreira, a NYLife Securities broker, discloses a pending customer dispute in connection with the purchase of annuities.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms.
