According to publicly available records Nickolay Kukukov , a former broker who last worked for Paulson Investment Company,  discloses a final regulatory matter a termination from employment.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In 9/2022 FINRA suspended Kukekov from the industry for a month and fined him $5,000 to resolve allegations that he engaged in an Outside Business Association (OBA) without prior written notice to his firm.  Kukekov began serving as a director of a company that develops stem cell therapies.  The firm discovered Kukekov’s participation through the company and discharged him.

In 4/2022, Paulson Investment Company discharged Kukekov for failing to disclose and OBA and for his use of his personal email for securities related purposes.    He had been with Paulson Investment Company since 12/2019.   Before that time he had been with Corinthian Partners , Merriman Capital and Agincourt.
