According to publicly available records Glenn J. Romer,  a broker employed by Center Street Securitiesdiscloses several customer disputes, including a pending customer suit involving an investment in GWG L-Bonds.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

IN 6/2022 a customer of Center Street Securities filed FINRA arbitration 22-1258 seeking damages of 250,000 as a result of a recommendation by Romer to invest in GWG L-Bonds. The client alleges that the recommendation was not suitable.

In 5/2022 another customer of Center Street Securities filed FINRA case 22-1168 seeking $500,000 alleging that Romer recommended unsuitable alternative products. Both matters are currently pending.

Romer, who operates Professional Retirement Planners  in Melbourne, FL, has been employed with Center Street Securities since 4/2010.
