According to publicly available records Christopher Wright, a broker employed by Center Street Securities, discloses a pending customer suit involving an investment in GWG L-Bonds.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.
IN 6/2022 a customer of Center Street Securities filed FINRA arbitration 22-1258 seeking damages of $135,000 as a result of a recommendation by Wright to invest in GWG L-Bonds. The client alleges that the recommendation was not suitable.
Wright, who operates Wright Wealth Management in Prescott, has been employed with Center Street Securities since 6/2010.
