The FINRA records of Lee Rycraft,  an unregistered broker, previously employed with LPL Financial, discloses a termination from employment.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In February of 2022, Rycraft was terminated from employment with LPL Financial after allegations that he had electronically signed account documents on customers’ behalf.

Rycraft had been with LPL Financial since September of 2018.  Before that time he had been employed with AXA Advisors and with Edward Jones.
