Richard “Chuck” Riggenbach Investigation

According to publicly available records Richard “Chuck” Riggenbach, a broker previously registered with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. discloses a pending customer dispute.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.
In 9/2020, FINRA case #20-03338 was filed by a customer of Woodbury Financial Services alleging that Riggenbach made recommendations that did not meet the client’s needs and caused losses of $262,000. The case is still pending.
Riggenbach was employed with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc., from March of 2019 until November of 2021. Before that time he was with Questar Asset Management.
