Sean Casterline Investigation

April 2022- Maitland, FL

According to publicly available records Sean Casterline a  currently suspended stockbroker who last worked for Delta Securities Company  discloses a regulatory event, an investigation and a pending customer dispute.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In 12/2021, Casterline consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he participated in private securities transactions without providing prior notice to his member firm.    Sanctions ordered by FINRA are an 18 month suspension starting in 1/2022 and a $116,325 fine levied against Casterline individually.

In 8/2021, FINRA case #21-02008 was filed by a customer of Delta Securities Company, alleging he had incurred losses of $175,000 as a result of Casterline purchasing securities issued by Tuscan Gardens Growth and Income Fund. This case is currently pending.

Casterline was employed with Delta Securities Company from March of 2014 to January of 2017 and then again in May of 2018 until January of 2022.    He had previously been employed with International Assets Advisory, Sterne Agee Financial Services and Premiere Trade Securities.
