According to publicly available records, Dustin K. Ward, a Woodbury Financial Services broker, discloses 2 pending customer disputes. 

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

In October of 2021, two  FINRA cases ,#21-02702 and  #21-02582, customers of OneAmerica Securities, allege that Ward recommended  unsuitable real estate investment trusts.  Alleged damages are $50,000 and $100,000 respectively.   Both of these case are currently pending.

Dustin Ward has been employed by Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. since March of 2019,   Before that he was with American United Life, Questar Asset Management and OneAmerica Securities. Ward discloses a business affiliation with Gateway Capital Advisors in St. Louis
