According to publicly available records Ronald F. Metcalf, Jr.  ,  a  stockbroker who was previously registered with Voya Financial Advisors, who operates Metcalf & Assoc., disclose 5 currently pending customer disputes and 5 prior customer disputes.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.

The pending customer claims involving Mr. Metcalf all relate to the sale of real estate securities, REITs, annuities and unit investment trusts. The victims were all customers of Metcalf while he was employed by Voya Financial Advisors. These victims are seeking damages in excess of $6.5 million.

In the 5 cases that have been resolved, all of which were customers of Metcalf while he was employed by VOYA, a total in excess of $4 million has been paid to resolve those claims.

Ronald Metcalf, Jr. was employed by VOYA from 1986-6/2021. He is currently registered with Cetera Advisors in Greenville, S.C.
