The Texas State Securities Board (TSSB) sanctioned Robert Yrshus (CRD# 858876) of Houston, Texas, suspending him for 60 days and assessing an administrative fine of $5,000.
According to the TSSB Disciplinary Order, while registered as an agent of Northgate Securities, Yrshus received became subject to and received notice of multiple IRA tax liens and a civil judgment lien which he failed to report to the Securities Commissioner as required by TSSB Rules.
Yrshus is not currently registered as a stockbroker. He was previously employed by Northgate Securities from 1990-2013.
