According to FINRA records, Mark A. Stanczyk , a stockbroker who currently works for Leigh Baldwin & Co. discloses a pending customer dispute.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. In FINRA Case 15-02749, a customer of Pinnacle Investments, the firm where Stanczyk previously was employed, alleges damages of $490,000 for unsuitable trades and unsuitable investments.
Stanczyk has been employed by Leigh Baldwin since 5/2013. He was employed by Pinnacle Investments from 6/2006-5/2013.
