According to FINRA records, Stephen Y. Dealy  a broker who was  registered  with Investors Capital Corp until 9/2014 , discloses a pending customer dispute and 9 finalized customer disputes. In addition, he discloses a FINRA regulatory matter and a $29,000 outstanding Internal Revenue Service lien, recorded in Volusia County, FL.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions.
