- FINRA Case 12-2703 filed while Pizzimenti was employed by JP Turner & Company alleged negligence, churning, unsuitability, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty was settled for $240,000.
- A complaint filed in 4/2008 while Pizzimenti was employed by Pointe Capital, alleging failure to follow instructions with respect to the recommendation and purchase of technology stocks was settled for $130,000.
