News 12 KXII reports that Justin Spearman, a 27 year old graduate of Baylor University pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Christine A. Nowak  to wire fraud  in connection with an oil and gas scheme.

Spearman’s scheme involved filing fraudulent Assignments of Overriding Royalty Interests in Greeley Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Spearman faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
