Charles Myrick Winstead  of Byram,  MS, entered into a Letter of Acceptance Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to resolve allegations that he failed to respond to request for information and documents made by FINRA in connection with an investigation into allegations that Winstead, while associated with Nationwide, failed to properly deposit and process a customer’s premium payment for a universal life policy.

The investigation also included allegations that he failed to timely disclose multiple tax liens and civil judgments.

Winstead was barred from the securities industry.  According to FINRA records he was registered with Nationwide Securities from 4/2005-8/2014.
