Rex Securities Law is investigating former stock broker William “Bill” Tatro who was employed by First Allied Securities from 11/2003-9/2010. According to FINRA records, Tatro was permanently barred from the securities industry in April 2014, for failing to respond to requests from FINRA for information in connection with a regulatory investigation.
FINRA records reveal that Tatro has been named in 76 customer complaints, of which 8 are currently pending. Most of the customer arbitrations were settled. In some cases, settlements were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars
