UPDATE JUNE 2017– FINRA Case 15-2763, which was filed against Dirk Rabenold by a customer of NEXT Financial Group customer alleged that Rabenold recommended an unsuitable investment and sought damages of $50,000-$100,000. In 7/2016 that case was settled for $28,500.

Rex Securities Law is investigating broker Dirk David Rabenold on behalf of an individual from Palm Beach County, Florida who alleges Rabenold recommended the purchase of certain unsuitable investments and recommended that margin borrowing be utilized to purchase unsuitable investments.
According to FINRA records, Rabenold, who is also known as Dirk David Rabenold, has been registered with NEXT Financial Group in Williamsville, NY, since August 2007.
