Corpus Christi Financial Advisor Indicted for Fraud in Connection with Sale of Investment Contracts 150 150 Robert Rex, Esq.

Kenneth Wayne Graves, a former investment adviser from Corpus Christi has been indicted in Nueces County on fraud and other charges related to the sale of investment contracts.

The indictment alleges that Graves defrauded six clients of his firm Warren Financial Services, in connection with the sale of over $400,000 in investment contracts. In a separate fraud, the indictment alleges Graves misapplied over $128,000 in unreasonable fees.

The Texas State Securities Commissioner has previously revoked the  securities registrations of Graves and his company Warren Financial. Graves was suspended by FINRA for six months in 2012.
