The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) barred James Francis Reid from the securities industry for failing to respond to requests for testimony into allegations that he had misappropriated over $21,000 in insurance premiums from 15 customers.
Reid was registered with Farmers Financial Solutions in 3/2000 and was discharged “for misappropriating insurance premiums” on 8/1/2013. After failing to respond to FINRA’s requests for testimony on three occasions, he was barred for violating FINRA Rule 2010 by converting insurance customer funds.
