The Securities & Exchange Commission issued an Order Imposing Remedial Sanctions against M “Shi” Shailendra, age 69, of Jonesboro, Georgia.
According to the Order, which Shailendra agreed to without admitting or denying the findings, from 2008-2014 he was manager of Interstate North 4 Acres, LLC (fka Shi Investments Six, LLC) and acted as an unregistered broker by soliciting investors and sell Shi Six membership interests. The SEC alleged that he falsely represented that he had his own money at risk in Shi Six and misused investor funds.
A final judgment was entered by consent on September 23, 2014, enjoining him from future violations of the securities laws and he is barred from association with brokers and from participating in the offering of penny stocks.
