The FINRA records of  Jesus D. Rodriguez,  a  stockbroker with IMS Securities disclose a prior customer dispute and a currently pending customer dispute.

In a prior matter, FINRA Case 12-3207, a customer of IMS Securities alleged damages of $150,000 for damages related to the investment  in limited partnerships and direct investments. That matter was settled in 2014 for $90,000.
