In FINRA Case 16-0573, a customer of McPartland’s prior employer, JHS Capital Advisors alleges damages of $254,000 for failure to supervise in connection with the sale of mutual funds and real estate securities.
McPartland has been employed by NBC Securities since 6/2015. His prior employment includes JHS Capital Advisors and GunnAllen Financial.
