UPDATE APRIL 2017-In October 2016 Thomas Tedeschi was suspended for a week for failing to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the agency that licenses and regulates stockbrokers and brokerage firms. FINRA requires brokers and brokerage firms to report customer complaints and disputes as well as regulatory sanctions. In addition brokers are required to disclose certain financial matters such as personal bankruptcies, judgments and liens.
FINRA records are public and can be accessed on the BrokerCheck website.
The FINRA records of Thomas J. Tedeschi report that he settled claim brought by a customer of Aegis Capital Corp. in 2015 who alleged damages of $117,102 for unauthorized purchases . The case settled for $60,000.
FINRA records indicate that Tedeschi has been registered with Joseph Stone Capital since 8/2014. Prior to that he was registered with Blackbook Capital 6/2014-9/2014 and with Aegis Capital Corp 7/2011-5/2014.
