Charles Posner , entered into a Letter of Acceptance Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to resolve allegations that he willfully failed to timely disclose a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing to FINRA on his Form U4.
According to FINRA records, Posner voluntarily filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition February 14, 2013. During the period from 3/2013-11/2013, while working at Ascendiant Capital Markets, Posner willfully failed to report the bankruptcy filing as required by FINRA rules.

Posner was fined $5,000 and suspended from association with any FINRA member for three months.
According to FINRA records, Posner was registered with Ascendiant Capital Markets from /2011-12/2013. Prior to that he was registered with Noble International Investments in Boca Raton, FL, from 9/2007-4/2011.
