According to the Texas State Securities Board, antique dealer Rose Marie O’Reilly was indicted in U.S. District Court for defrauding investors in flamboyant schemes to acquire and sell highly prized items such as a $21 million dollar silver banquet supposedly commissioned by country and western singer Marty Robbins, and pink diamonds, supposedly owned by New Orleans crime boss Carlos Marcello.
