FINRA Department of Enforcement filed  Disciplinary Proceeding No 2013035347704 against Alluvion Securities, LLC, Lowell S. Wilson and John S. Jumper alleging net capital violations, supervisory violations and other violations of FINRA and industry rules. In the complaint, FINRA seeks disgorgement of any ill gotten gains and other relief.

Alluvion Securities has been a FINRA member since September 2007 and is based in Memphis, Tennessee. They have one office of Supervisory Jurisdiction and no branch offices.

John Jumper is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance officer. Lowell Wilson is Chief Financial Officer and Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP).

The complaint alleges that Alluvion has a recent history of being repeatedly below its required minimum net capital.
